STEELSCAPE COIL AND PAINT WAREHOUSES

Steelscape is an industry leader in the pre-painted metals market. They take bare steel coil stock and apply durable paint systems at their Kalama, WA factory. They required two warehouses, one, a 45,000 sq.ft. building to protect the steel coils from rust, the other a 17,500 sq.ft. building to store the various paint products used in the manufacturing process.
