CIVIC CENTER OFFICE BUILDING

The 30,000 square feet Civic Center Professional Building in the first major structure to be added to Longview’s historic civic center circle in the past 50 years. 3 adjacent buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings.

Brick color and patterns were chosen to blend with adjacent historic buildings. Synthetic stucco was used to replicate the cast concrete and terra cotta trim used on adjacent buildings. A colonnade was used on the side facing the historic Civic Center taking cues from the Monticello Hotel.
